Perez Wellness Notifications is a text messaging service that provides patients with appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates related to their care at Perez Wellness Center.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to +1 972-218-0362. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin, you may sign up again through our website or by contacting our office. Once you re-enroll, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
